Service Provider RFP
The Eastern Oregon Workforce Board (EOWB) is soliciting proposals for the delivery of services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs in its entire eight-county area, which includes Baker, Grant, Harney, Malheur, Morrow, Umatilla, Union, and Wallowa counties.

Request for Applications for Home Hardening Construction Advisor
The Eastern Oregon Workforce Board (EOWB) is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit applications from qualified contractors to fill construction advisory roles for EOWB's Eastern Oregon Conservation Corps (EOCC) Home Hardening subgrantees. The selected Construction Advisor(s) will provide critical on-site supervision, safety management, technical expertise, and any necessary insurance/liability coverage for the hands-on projects.
