MISSION


To coordinate resources to help eastern Oregon communities flourish, employers succeed, and individuals advance through innovation and partnerships.

The EOWB Strategic Plan is posted with at least a 30-day public review and comment period before becoming effective. The Plan is considered draft if it is labeled "DRAFT". The Strategic Plan should be considered draft even if the review date has passed - the review period could be taking longer than expected. Once the Plan is finalized it will be be re-posted with the "DRAFT" watermark removed.

After the Strategic Plan is finalized, subsequent public comments will be considered for future revisions.
